Busy and understaffed. Some staff chose to chat to friends rather than take actual customers orders. Friends that came in got served immediately and orders processed before other waiting customers and obviously receiving free drinks and ice creams. Sad because some staff there are really good and are let down by the rest.

I ordered 2 frozen cokes and got two free for some reason. Lady who didn't work there was nice and told me that there was two extras. The old lady who works there is mean and I will not be getting served by her again.

It was an incredibly disappointing lunch experience with a restaurant floor resembling a tip and service not short of insulting. Ordered over the app and had my order all but thrown of the counter amongst others before the server walked off...needless to say it was an effort to have the older women return to confirm who's order was who's.

Extreme disappointment, today I ordered an iced latte first sip was revolting. It was milk and sugar syrup. I asked the lady if there was a shot of coffee in there she told me that their grinder was broken so there wasn’t. I then asked if she could remake it and she just glared at me. After waiting for 10 minutes I asked if she was going to remake it as it was still sitting there. She said she had a full screen and was going to do it when she cleared the screen. I told her not to even worry as I had to go. Extremely disappointing service and product. And I wasted $$.

This place is disgusting. Wouldn’t eat the food they served. Was cold and would properly say it’s a couple days old. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrible service waited at the drive through order booth for 8min nobody asking for my order. Drove down to both windows nobody there. Waited 15mins at the counter in store to be served whilst staff stood and talked to one another proceeded to wait 1 hour for my order whilst staff continued talking to each other and hugging random people they knew that walked in. No apology for my wait nothing offered for compensation if I could give this minus 5 stars I would.

The actual dining area and outside was filthy, the staff looked like they had cleaned the deep fryers with their dirty uniforms. Orders were wrong but surprisingly the food was hot and tasty

Best mcDonalds so far. Chips, burgers, everything was piping hot.Went through drive through, had to park to wait for a few minutes for order, but meant nice and fresh and hot. Service was pretty quick though even with the wait.

I was there at the worst MacDonald's in Victoria. 21/12/22 @ 840pm. Drive through order. I was served by a young girl with red hair died red I think. I asked for fresh fries I got served cold fries.. after telling her she rolled her eyes at me. I ordered a choc sundae with double choc.. supposed to be choc on top and bottom and it wasnt. But she told me it is double chocolate. On top after telling her I haven't got a spoon she said I gave you a spoon ... I still haven't found it at all..she is a ride arrogant girl who should not be work in hospitality. I will be following this up. I will find out her name .. then I will demand to speak to the owner .. she really put me off my food..
