I found Paul the pharmacist incredibly helpful, he went out of his way to get information about travelling interstate and the dispensing of Queensland scripts while away.Very grateful and thankful. Kindness is free, and Paul nails this.

An item I’d bought was accidentally left behind at the checkout. Rang to check. Retail Manager confirmed and when I went to pick it up, she gave me a little gift for the inconvenience. What service! Thank you April.

Chemist Warehouse Southside.Better customer service needed ..also very dissappointing that the store manager could not even be bothered taking his time to discuss an issue. Would not leave behind his counter, truely unprofessional service at this store. Don't bother shopping there! Selfish ..as long as they get their money that's all that matters! Customers are insignificant obviously, who cares about them...aren't we the ones who pay their wages remember!

Went in on a Friday evening with 2 people in front of me getting scripts and it still took near 30 minutes to fill my script, because the chemist on duty was having a good old chat on the phone and not doing any work. And this was after the assistant walked around the back of the store basically ignoring me when I first tried to put my script in.

Please adjust your advertised trading hours, very frustrating!

I went in for a vaccine and didn’t have all of my details ready, Pricilla at the pharmacy counter showed me patience and kindness, a trait that is essential for customer service. The other interactions that I had with the pharmacist and front counter staff were pleasant, it is refreshing to have en experience like this in a Chemist Warehouse chain.

The customer service i got today was terrible. I picked up a box that was marked $14.99 on the hook it was hanging on i got charged $25.99.There was a gap perfect for that box not the smaller box that was apparently ment to be there i did read the discretion but could only see the start due there been another clip over the end of the discretion and there was the exactly the same stock behind the box i purchased on the hook.The staff member that was working next to the boxes moved them around before the manager got to see how it was hanging up with all the same stock behind it and the right space for that box not the smaller box.The young girl that i sopke to, to see about this was lovely she even read the same thing i did and seemed confused why i had been charged a different price.When approached bi management the lady said what seems to be the problem no smile no hello no sorry or how can i help you today.I told her that i have been charged the worng price and she told me repeatedly that ppl move stock around all the time and it was the single one that was $14.99 but the single was next to it with a full row and it's own tag. She definitely made me feel like she was accusing me of moving the stock around as she repeatedly told me that ppl move stock around all the time.I was a bit rude after i asked for a refund and i am sorry for that but i just couldn't believe how incredibly rude this woman was.I definitely will not be going back unless i really really have to i don't like to be made to feel like deadshit or a thief.

Get Customer Service.Staff helped to look for the item. Saw it’s out of stock. Went out of their way to look up in the system to tell me the other store in town had stock!Can recommend!

I'm fine with waiting the 30min I was told for my prescription. Left after 1 hour and a half without my prescriptions as I have too much to do today and can't waste time standing around.I understand you are busy, but please give better estimates so we can work our lives around this.Also, one of your employees talks very loud and I heard all personal details (including medical) about one of your customers.

LOOK if you don't care about an obtuse personality from the staff and you can tolerate a bit of superiority complex without taking it to heart, then you will find the best deals here. When you walk into the chemist it is huge with isles so slim that two people can't pass without brushing against one another. BUT...I got 150ml D&G 'The One' for less than the 50ml at priceline in stocklands, and an Oral-B electric toothbrush $20 cheaper than woolies so I just put up with the terse manner I was dealt and thought, nothing's perfect". I have waited quite a while for scripts there so that is not my go to for that
