Got new tyres four months ago. Good service but long waiting times. Waited two hours in that instance, gent at the counter was apologetic about it and even gave me a small discount on the wheel alignment. With the service being professional apart from waiting times I felt they deserved another chance and took my other car in today for new tyres. Three hours waiting time, meek apology only after I complained. The place seems to be perennially understaffed, because that was the excuse on both occasions. So owner" tell me please

I’ve been going to these guys for Nitrogen top-ups for years.Always a quick and easy process.Had a set of 4 new tyres since and also just had two on the front replaced recently for my roadworthy.They quoted me much cheaper than my mechanic and had them ordered and put on the same day.Shane always had great customer service and a can-do attitude.Highly recommend :)

He was very professional and personable, and helped guide us on the best tyres for our needs. The work was done promptly and to a good standard, and we were looked after with an affordable deal. Great place. The friendly staff here helped me to find the best value and fitted my tyres and battery within an agreed timeframe. Very happy. Convenience of the hypermarket right there too, means you can grab a bite and do some shopping while you wait.

Great service and friendly staff. Took a punctured tyre in for repair and left my car there while I went to the shops expecting for my husband to have to put the fixed tyre back on our car when I got home. Was pleasantly surprised when I went to pick up the tyre the guys at Bob Jane T-Mart had put the repaired tyre back on my car and even gave all the wheels a shine.
