Trueline Patios - Rockhampton & Central QLD

No doubt TrueLine does a great job. However, They have difficulty being able to complete the job they started. My job is still not complete and the materials just sit in my front yard for me to mow around. The installer installed the main construction to a great standard. However they had to come back and finish the job by placing the capping on all edges. This has not yet occurred despite the materials being delivered.Initially I was told there would be along wait till the job was able to be started. That’s fine. However, let’s finish the job you started before placing me on another waitlist. No consultation from TrueLine as to when my job will be finished. I have rang them numerous times, however, the boss is out of office an no one can tell anything.]Just very disappointing knowing that the materials are sitting there and they do not find the time to come round and finish the job. Also the fact no one rings to consult when they may be able to.My friends have decided to look elsewhere as a result of the service I received.RegardCraig

Not happy with my patio at all! They built it way too high, no sun protection to my outdoor furniture or us!Also it rained and come in through onto our bbq and I had to take all the food off the bbq and inside,I rang numerous times and did not receive a call back, finally got hold of someone and they said they would come have a look, but no one showed up when they said they were coming.They told me I cannot hang blinds unless I put more beams up!Even though it’s cyclone proof I’m not aloud to have shade sails coming off it!Therefore I think I waisted my $12800Not happy

Very happy with the Rockhampton Trueline Service. Our carport looks absolutely awsome. Very friendly and efficient staff. Great service, good price, great product. Would highly recommend.
