I purchased two pendants today. One being an Opal pendant. I got served by a beautiful lady..my daughter was being her vocal self and I’ve always felt shamed and avoided going out because of this..this lady made me like it was okay for my child to be a child in public and to embrace her loudness. I walked out of this shop being happy in public with my two girls “2 under 2” for the first time in two years. Great customer service, a genuine beautiful person and such an asset to this company. I was served my Jami-Lee R at the Munno Para site on the 6th August. Her service was fantastic. She listened, helped, was patient and really friendlyThere was also another young lady there who I could over hear giving great service.Was disappointing to hear the older lady who was also working with these young girls on this particular day continuously saying how she does all the work for the other girls and serves their customers.This older lady was so rude and made me in particular very uncomfortable and I can only imagine how the other couple felt who she was directly saying this to.It was a stocktake sale and yes slightly busy. However, putting someone else's sale through (weather you get recognised for it or not) is called team work and comes in swings and roundabouts. She needs to learn to work together and make that place a happier place for people to work and customers to shop.Not sure if you have internal complaints but she's a bully to your younger staff and that was so clear. I've worked with these people before. She's toxic, and you'll lose good staff soon if you're not careful

These guys happily fixed the poor service and broken jewellery sold to me in Elizabeth Shiels...do not go to Elizabeth Shiels. Amazing staff here who go above and beyond. I will now be a repeat customer I am happy with all my dealings here. Thanks for looking after your customers.

I was after a bracelet within a certain price bracket. The staff were very helpful and ultimately suggested the bracelet I purchased.

After having a bad experience at another shiels store and not wanting to go there, I went to the munno para store today and the customer service was fantastic. Both staff members on duty were very polite and respectful. I was heard, the item I wanted was handled well, packed and the proper guidance about care and after sales service procedures was shared. Overall felt great and more representative of the shiels brand.

The girls at the munno store are amazing. They are always friendly and helpful and always go above and beyond to find what your looking for. Amelia and Lara are always friendly and happy.

Lara and her team are so helpful..friendly and patient. Im never sure of exactly what i wish to purchase when I enter the store and between all of them helping piece items together....I come out with the perfect purchase every time. I simply just dont shop anywhere else. The Munno Para team are an absolute asset to Shiels.

I met a beautiful Sales Assistant named Amelia who is so professional, knows her work and is an asset to the company. She is fun and makes you feel super special. If you want something in particular but not quite sure what just ask for Amelia to help you. You will want to back there again and again.
