Was an awesome day experience, I’m not too sure of the fella’s name, younger fella had heaps of knowledge about fishing and was extremely helpful, he gave great advice, was overall very helpful and was very passionate which is awesome to see. Great store, God bless.

Just went to BCF in Orion and was served by the best salesman ever! His name is Rowen and he was very informative, super attentive and gave me a great deal on a tent I was looking to buy. If you need anything for camping this is the store and he's the man to see!

He was very informative and helpful when explaining chest fridges and gave me an absolutely amazing deal on a Engel camp fridge. If you're into the great outdoors how can you not love BCF stores?!? This one is located at the Orion shopping Centre but not inside. The range of products is awesome but can be a bit pricey if you're not a BCF loyalty member which gives you access to sharper prices on quite a lot of products. Service is always good too with knowledgeable staff who are friendly

We got to try our his and hers shoes out today that we brought from BCF during the month.Awesome best ever walking shoes we did 10km and no sore feet just exhausted. These helped us with support that our usual foot wear had not as well in past .

The store was well presented and clean, however the staff were not overly helpful.I asked about a product and the staff member just pointed to it and said ‘we only have the display’ and proceeded to walk away - he did have stock in his hand so that is understandable. There were another 2 staff members who were at the counter who didn’t really show an interest in helping, I felt quite uncomfortable as camping gear is not really something I know about, but was wanting to buy a gift for someone. I left as I didn’t receive any help or further information about the product I asked about.

Springfeild bcf is such a friendly bcf they will help you out with anything they fixed my fishing reel for free and overall they were just really nice
