Steel-line Garage Doors - Sunshine Coast

Poor quality door. Poor service. Had the door replaced 3 times - no improvement. The best they can offer is very disappointing.If I had known the door was going to look so cheap and would have such bad oil-canning effect, I would have asked my builder if there was a more premium supplier and would have happily paid more - it's such a big part of the appearance of my house.The door runs very noisily as well.No service - At the time of building, I asked for another remote - I actually spoke to the business manager. I said I was happy to pay for it and he agreed to send one with the last replacement door, but nothing happened.You have to keep following up with these guys because they do not service requests efficiently at all. Absolutely no communication was ever initiated by them. I had to call or visit their office to keep things moving along.When I originally called in to select my door style and colour, I felt like they were not interested in assisting me. Just gave me brochures and sent me away.I do not recommend this brand at all.

Extremely pour communication, actually its none existent. Promised several times to keep me updated on warranty repair and not a single call in over a month. Then one day it was all finished and still no call to let me know hey its done. The gates still need adjusting but I will be paying someone else to carry out this work. Not worth the hassles with this office.

Absolutely APPALLING service. Sales Rep refuses to return calls so no idea where order is situated. NEVER again will I deal with this company.

Sales was fine but installer was abusive in front of my children. Complaint raised at time. Installer failed to leave garage remotes etc. chased Sunshine Coast office for 6 weeks seeking delivery. Marks later appeared on door - looked to be grease marks. Also thought door was slower in opening. Was slight delay in me reporting as my father passed away. Contacted Sunshine Coast office. Not interested and said I still should have raised at time. Said to clean with metho. I will seek service and repair with another company. Go elsewhere!

Although I'm happy generally with your products, i feel that room can be made for improvement in handling area. I have had a couple of roller doors which had a dent after the instalation. I'm happy the doors had been replaced however it's still a loss time and money for me coz i still have to come back and replaced it.Hence i can only give 4 stars

They couldn't even be bothered to come and talk to me about the job.

Poor communication all round - especially between the reception and the guy that turns up (Jim). The company don’t warn you when they will arrive and just expect you to be there. Then if you are not at home then they just leave. They didn’t even want to take ownership for the problem, then put me back on the wait list for another couple of weeks. I would defiantly consider not using these guys. I think Jim needs a holiday.

Everything was perfect From initial contact with salesman coming out to measure, ordering via phone and to installation. Would highly recommend Steel-line Garage Doors.

After installation garage roller door motor malfunctioned - kept opening on its own, leaving entry to the house opened. They replaced first motor for same model, but issue persisted. After that they ignored our phone calls and requests to fix this issue, we asked to change for different motor and we would pay difference- it was ignored. Not the best customer service.

Great service in difficult times. Remote roller was a good idea at our age. Worked perfectly from installation.
