Excellent Place

Totally disappointed in this service used to help find a respite care facility for my father, trusting their knowledge and experience. The Agedcareplanning consultant recommended a place where the nursing staff failed to recognise symptoms of a stroke on no less than 3 occasions and were reluctant to even call an ambulance!! When I contacted the consultant to let her know what had happened and give her feedback on the facility, she didn’t even bother to reply. I have since heard from several sources that this Nursing home has a reputation for substandard care and find it disturbing that Agedcareplanning would not be aware or care about this. I would have given Agedcareplanning no stars if that was an option.

I can't thank Aged Care Planning enough for their help. They were recommended to my by another service and we hit the jackpot. ACP helped with finding our much loved mother-in-law a place to live out her life. She is so happy where she is and ACP helped us with all the confusing paperwork. I'm so grateful and highly recommend.

The service I received was absolutely first class. We needed urgent help to get my 94 year old mother into a nursing home.Carina put in an application on my behalf and mum was in a home 4 days after my initial request for help.She arranged for an Aged Care Assessment Team member to interview mum in the following week. A process that would normally take 6 to 8 weeks.As a result mum has settled into the home and has gone from someone continuously saying she just wanted to die to her old happy self who has since told me she would now live to 100.I can't thank Carina enough.

Bronwyn was fantastic in helping me with the entire process if getting my mum into a nursing home. She really knows her stuff. At the end of the day it's up to you to choose what is best for your lived one, and she'll help you along the way. 5 stars from me!
