And after that amazing session I can see why the name 'The yoga Doctor'. This yoga really feeds and heals the mind body and soul from outside noise and everyday stress. I love the up beat and relaxing tunes, the deep stretches and overall vibe of the classes. Thank you!

Instructor Kimberly is a no-nonsence teacher with a wonderful way of inspiring you to dig a little deeper and push your limits. I have found her classes to be super fun and give a great feeling of belonging which resonates throughout the class. Everyone is welcome. Her teaching approach is clear and concise keeping things easy for new comers and those have been practicing for years. Great flow. I highly recommend this instructor.

Kimmy the yoga doctor " for me personally was an incredible experience. Trying to maintain my physical boxing regime whilst getting older was taking its toll until I found the yoga doctor that put together a personal plan for me to keep the blood flowing
