Overrated and Expensive!I was given a gift voucher and was excited to use it for hair colouring given so many positive reviews, however the experience has left me underwhelmed.Firstly, the salon was very clinical. The only conversation my hairdresser had with me was what needed to be done and how much it costs. It was until later much later that she asked about my day, however became totally disinterested when I responded. I thought that was quite rude!Secondly, the dye application was far less than impressive. Most other salons I’ve been too actually took time to part and layered the hair before applying the dye. Here, it was applied in big chunks and seemed rushed.Thirdly, the extra hair treatment did nothing for my hair whatsoever.Overall, the service and quality did not justify the cost that I’d paid. Very disappointed!

I was a hair model for Jackson and he's done a wonderful job. From organising the appointment, to welcoming me at the salon - he is very friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. He explainend to me how the colour works which I was very curious about. The head massage I got was also amazing - but what stood out to me was the end result. My balayage colour was beyond what I could have hoped for. Cannot compliment him enough. The whole team was friendly and I saw how everyone was working together to help each other out and make sure each client had a wonderful experience. 5 stars for sure! :)

Really the best hair salon I ever been to. I always don’t like going to hair salon because I never get the result I expected. But Sarah really change my mind about this. This is first time I visit here , I want to cut my long hair to short, and do some greyish hair colouring. She’s really patient with me and explain that colour might not suit my skin Color and suggested another colour. As you can see, the result is amazing. Sarah is super professional , she’s just like knew what result you want and give that to you. You don’t need to explain a lot and she just gets it!!!I’m super satisfied with both the hair cute and colouring. I love the service there and everyone so very friendly. The most important part is the pricing is very reasonable and their service is 100% worth it. No doubt will go back to this salon.P.s all my friends love the result too, the before and after photo show how much difference she made

Amazing service from Daniel. I had a wash, cut and blow dry and then Daniel also did a wave style to finish off when he heard I was going out that night. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Daniel was very attentive and listened and delivered the style I wanted. I always get very nervous visiting the hairdresser as I’ve had many bad hair cuts over the years due to my natural curls but I always style it straight and previous hairdressers never seemed to get that. This was my first hair cut in over 2 years! So you can imagine the long and damaged hair that I turned up with that Daniel had to transform and that he did! I’m very happy with my new hair style! The rest of the staff seemed very lovely as well. Also great they have online booking which makes it super easy to make an appointment.

I have lived on the Gold Coast for a few years now and have finally found a great hairdresser! I saw Andy who sat down with me and chatted with what I would like to have done. Love my new cut! Would highly recommend Andy and the salon!

Sarah is always so accommodating, friendly and helpful, especially since I usually don't have a specific idea about what I want for my dry, ageing hair. Great cut, babylights and colour!
