E&S Trading IS my go to place – customer service is friendly, professional and fast to meet my needs. Hard to find during these challenging times. I had my new Bosch washing machine within 3 days of making an inquiry. It was delivered when it said it would be, installed by 2 very accomplished service men who also disconnected and took away my old one – leaving no mess behind. Thank you one and all, especially Mark Poulter for making it happen.

Absolutely fantastic service from Sandra at Abbotsford to find a part that even Miele themselves could not locate. Extremely grateful to experience real, good old fashioned call back and customer service. I will be going to back to purchase a new gaggenau cooktop - Highly Reccomend

Outstanding service from Daryl and the team. Beyond thrilled with our new Fisher and Paykel fridge!! Our previous fridge sadly broke down on us during stage 4 lockdown and we urgently had to purchase a new fridge. Could not believe how great this service was, Daryl offered exceptional guidance AND he managed to have this fridge delivered and installed within TWO HOURS!!! CRAZY EFFICIENT!! Beyond grateful for your efforts and help, Daryl. We absolutely love our new fridge and will be purchasing from you again for our next major appliance purchase!

Very good service. Ordering via on-line chat was very easy and delivery was made within two days. Delivery was on time and Ali and Zac did a splendid job to move fridge up stairs to 3rd floor and take away old fridge to 1st floor all with some difficult manoeuvring. highly recommended.

Where do I start… incredible service from concept to construction! Jim was an absolute legend, gave my partner and I over an hour chat which I honestly swear should count for work cpd he taught me that much about appliances and how to best integrate them into a building! Jim is a total asset to this store and I want the owners of e&s to fist bump him next time they see him. Shout out to everyone for such a pleasant experience after a less than pleasant experience with a competitor…. rhymes with grinnings ;D
