My last appointment went for a total of 3m 58s, I had never had an appointment longer then 20 minutes here. It's sad when you only get so many sessions on a mental health plan and they are being taken by a quick catch up"

Incredibly rude man on reception. I left a number of messages which no one returned. When I called up he got very defensive and said he receives a lot of calls a day and can’t get back to everyone. there was no apology or empathy and he eventually hung up on me. This is appalling given the types of patients they deal with. Reading the other reviews there seems to be a pattern to this behaviour, I’m surprised people still visit this clinic.

Never answer the phone, voicemail or emails. Also I've heard they only do zoom appointments but trying to schedule an appointment for 6 months, now given up on contacting them.

only posted one start because of the psychologist I had.Herman, you should not be practicing this profession as you are rude, dismissive and not even listening! Furthermore, you're receptionist should be stacking shelves in a warehouse, they are not suitable for a front of business position. too rude.

Worst receptionist ever. Not sure how this person got his job. He’s potentially pushing people with mental health issues away from seeking support. Do the doctors at the clinic even know who they’re employing as a receptionist? He wanted to discuss my condition (diagnosis) so he can help me. Advised I’ve been referred to a psychologist, that’s all I need. But no, he wants to know the specific diagnosis. Lol

I requested notes from a child's psych sessions via email to pass on to another psychologist No reply. Repeat the request 1 week later, blocked email. An entirely polite request not denied but blocked.That's strange behaviour from what ought to be a caring professional.No family issues, no DV, just a kid that wants some help. Weird.

The receptionist is really rude. I called in to book an appointment and he wouldn't even let me finish my sentences. Is he forgetting that his dealing with patients with mental health issues. He just hung up the phone on me while I was speaking. I have never ever come across someone so rude and disrespectful. Cancelling my appointment for sure.

Family member was seeing a psychologist here and he kept changing his work days and then moved offices, went private and tried to charge private rate without notice. Two of the reception staff were rude on the phone and have no people skills.Dont even bother.
