Very friendly and welcoming clinic. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Went in for a general check and Hope was thorough and all round very professional at her job. Was doing a great job at mentoring new staff member. Followed up with an appointment for a filling with Francois. Very caring, gentle and reassuring. Highly recommend

McDonald Dental is the only place I go for all my dental needs! I have a terrible fear of the dentist and honestly the staff are just terrific. We always have a laugh and I walk out smiling! They make going to the dentist a great experience! I also drive over 1.5 hours to visit the team for my checkups and dental work! Definitely worth it! Thank you for all you do!

Dr MacDonald is definitely the best dentist I've ever been to. Quick, efficient, always on time and very skilled at what he does. While many people are scared of going to the dentist, these guys make it a really easy journey. Highly highly recommend

Having recently relocated to Gympie, I needed to find a great dental practice. McDonald Dental was suggested to me by a few friends and colleagues….and I am so grateful I took their advice! Welcoming, friendly staff, excellent dental treatment, great patient communication before and after appointments, easy parking under the practice. I can highly recommend McDonald Dental to anyone in Gympie and surrounding areas.

I recently had a consultation with Dr McDonald regarding a dental implant. I’ve previously had pretty bad experiences with dentists as I suffer from panic attacks when I’m lying in the dentists chair, but this time was an improvement for me. Dr McDonald took me at my word about my fears and anxiety and was happy to explain the different sedation methods available for the implant surgery. He was open to answering any questions and I felt relatively calm once we’d chatted. Although I’m not looking forward to the surgery, I know I’ll be in good hands with McDonald Dental.

I had a check up and clean done with McDonald dental this week, the best clean as it was very thorough, easy to communicate with and addressed any concerns that I had. The girls on the front desk are always happy and welcoming, always on top of reminding me when I’m due for my routine clean. Overall very happy experience. Highly recommended.

My first adult tooth extraction, I went in very nervous but Dr Harry and his assistant Kelly put me at ease very quickly. They were both so gentle and did everything they could to make that experience as comfortable as possible. Thank you again to the team at McDonald Dental.

The practice was very welcoming to new families as we hadn't been before, the girls at front desk helped keep the kids entertained with kids shows and coloring unbelievable. Then the appointment, the clinician was very informative and suitable for young kids tv on the roof dad" being very kid friendly was the best part for us will be our dental hotspot"
