I wasn’t ripped off, and he told me what the actual issue was with my phone.Haven’t had any problems anymore! This young man ordered me a new phone battery. It arrived, he advised me a couple of days later & installed it in about 20 minutes.He also advised me that my old battery (5) years old was swollen.The new battery is holding the charge brilliant.I also met a man in the lift & he was very happy with this business too.

Avoid! Took my iPhone 12pro in for repair as i had a broken screen and back glass. When i picked up my phone everything seemed fine until i looked at my phone with more detail. The cameras were not sitting flat and the glass was chipped all around the cameras. Later that night the screen lifted off of the phone. I took the phone back and they were very apologetic and told me the glass was misaligned during manufacturing and they had trouble fitting it on so instead of telling me and getting a new one they tried to sand the glass to make it fit which led to chipping. They were happy to change it for free. In the process they smashed my torch and didn't test it or tell me. I tested it after i left the shop and the torch did not work. I took it back AGAIN! and they had to order a new torch which took weeks to arrive. I needed it desperately for my work and this was very frustrating. After a few weeks the back glass cracked again which originated from the cameras as they were not sitting correctly. I then spoke to them for the fifth time and i asked for a refund. They told me i couldn't get the full $450 back unless they put my old smashed screen back on my phone which had to be sent back to them from the recyclers so they could resell the screen i have had on my phone for weeks to another customer.The quality of the gear was terrible, there workmanship was worse. Do not get your devices repaired here!!
