I have been going here for many many years and they have always been good, friendly and kind. Once, when I had a very elderly doona dry cleaned (25 years old at least), it fell apart in their machine and clogged it with feathers. Mr Happy rescued what feathers he could, cleaned them up, sewed my doona back together and didn't charge me for it. He did ask me not to bring it back again though! :)

Took a next to new suit in for cleaning, worn twice.Came back with damage, scuffing and frayed threads on the collar fabric.Called to report the damage to a staff member who was completely unhelpful and denied any part in the damage occurring.
