Darrell took it upon himself to call my son's father (intervention order in place) and ask him to help me with my son (I have a non-verbal 13-year-old son) when his worker couldn't make a shift. He did not consult me at all or contact me to discuss this but had my son's father do this for him, he had notice from the worker but failed to check any communication prior to the shift start time. He has a very unprofessional approach to dealing with client complaints, Darrell uses personal problems (told me I'm sick and don't need this right now"

Before finding Darrell I found it hard to engage in social settings. But now after a year of his help, he has bolstered my confidence to go out in public instead of avoiding it all together.
