Best&Less Merrylands

- Today had a Manager named Ella telling me to be patient and that everyone waits when all I asked her was if she could serve me.Then when I asked for her name to report her behaviour she claimed that all she told me was the last register wasn't working -(not true).- If Best&Less is giving managerial positions to incompetent and rude staff, I am worried for the behaviour of other employees witnessing this form of attitude coming from a manager to customers.- Nobody deserves to be spoken to like this especially when all they did was ask a question (nicely).-Please train Ella to be able to cope with work-related questions when it is asked and not reflect her personal frustrations to customers that are just their to have a happy shopping day -with no intentions to cause conflict.Thanks

Nice layout of the store. Customer service are polite, friendly and helpful. You can find amazing deals.

Not advised to visit as the assistants are not that proI noticed an item on shelf and try to pick one of without damage, they were all broken,and when I told the register about that she ignored me.After I went with my change , they gave me a damaged coin that the mechine refuse it, and when Igot back to them to change it they refuse to.

The line was almost back to the centre of the store and instead of the 2 floor staff that were putting out new stock stop what they're doing to assist the check outs and help clear the long queue they just kept looking at the queue and ignoring us.I dumped all my items and walked out because that's not how you are trained in retail and they were not putting customer service as their 1st priority. The stock could wait until their queue was back down

Staff fantastic, polite, friendly and happy to have a chat. Store is tidy and clean with great selection of basics and prices are clearly labelled. Fast service at the checkout by real people, no self service - awesome.

The girls that work there are really lovely but they need more staff to accommodate the customers that need to use the fittings rooms and need help on the floor with sizes etc.I rang the bell 6 times for the fitting room today and no one came because it doesn't work. Also the store is always so messy.

Staff are never around to help. They never seem happy. And when trying to call the, phone are always engaged. Not a great look guys. turns me off having to go in there to be honest. And i love shopping in Best & Less. but would rather go somewhere else than put up with the negativity.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop here as the manager named Ella is quite rude. Instead of being helpful and supportive, she argues with the customer. I’m surprised to see that such a big brand has hired a manger with such an unprofessional attitude.

Great service, I did click and collect and it was quick and easy.
