Been in here a few times now and the service is excellent. Always greeted with a smile, super knowledgeable staff and they all offer to go above and beyond. Really rare these days to see such a commitment to customer service. Popped in to have two new tubeless tyres fitted today and a once over, mechanic came out to run me through exactly what had been done to the bike & why and was thorough & knowledgable. Would recommend!

I was on a bike ride and got a flat tire. Google Maps sent me here, 2.8 km from down near Williamstown Beach. The tube was replaced in short order. Great service at a great price. Looks like a good selection of bikes and other service customers looked pleased. Recommended.

I recently had 3 spokes break on the back wheel of my Trek FX3 all in a 5 week period, the team at Trek Williamstown have been very helpful looking into this, the repair time on last spoke was same day return. I will certainly be going back to them for future service, parts and accessories.
