It is such a joy when you meet a true craftsman who is passionate about his work. Greg repaired our 110 year old stained glass door with a minimum of fuss and it took only 5 days. Greg was engaged to fix a crack in one leadlight. He took another window out entirely and broke it. Then took the correct one and broke that too. He also refused to acknowledge his series of mistakes or return either window. If he’d handled the matter appropriately privately it wouldn’t require a public post for me to share my experience in which he simply couldn’t listen or engage sensibly when wrong.
