Lease finished months ago and we are still trying to get out of paying their monthly invoice. They keep sending monthly invoices and then want to charge us to come and collect the machine because they are not allowed to accept machine if sent any other way. Copier is 10 years old as when we renewed lease they didn't upgrade the machine. We have well and truly paid above the cost of this machine. Would not deal with them and would not recommend them.

I would strongly suggest not using this company. We signed a contact, that was not fully explained to us and therefore have been locked in to a 5 year contract! Due to a move in our business we asked if we could cancel one of our printers. It's been a 6 month up hill battle, with no resolution and have continued to pay each month even though it is being unused. There has been no consideration by the staff and countless calls and e-mails not returned. Not a company I would ever recommend to anyone.

Mustafa attended the office today to service our printer after we’d been having some difficulty with it. He was prompt, polite and addressed all of our concerns; the printer is back to being issue free! We couldn’t have asked for more – thanks guys!
