Absolutely appalling service! 3 times they tried to rip us off! They didn't do the transfer in which we had paid for when the car was purchased .3 times i called to tell them it hadn't and they lied and said it was.service tas had to call them to make them do it as we had the car over 3 weeks and was unregistered ,Had to be reminded of our deposit multiple times to transfer back after car was paid for in full but didn't minus our deposit. Also couldn't find our contracts after car was paid for. Then an absolute tosser when he was in the wrong.

Great business values, excellent customer skills, and awesome people!As a customer of 1 Stop Auto Group, I am completely happy and satisfied with their product, services and interpersonal behaviour. I bought a 2007-made used car in excellent condition from them in April 2023. As is expected of a car of such an advanced age, the brakes started to make some noise about 1 month into the purchase. I called up Todd and explained the issue to him. In an amiable manner, he told me to bring the car over to the shop the next day for an inspection. I did as told and took the car to the shop the next day, whereupon Todd had Matt examine the brake-noise issue and work on resolving it. In about 2.5 hours, they had fixed the issue. The brake noise had disappeared completely! Todd and Matt explained that the brakes were new and required some readjustment and that the car was perfectly safe for use then. They also explained that one of the brake lights was dead and that they had replaced it also. When I asked them how much I owed them for the service and the light, Todd replied cheerfully that I owed them NOTHING: They had offered me a complimentary service and a free light bulb one month after I had purchased a used car from them with zero warranty! If this is not incredible in an otherwise risk-laden, profit-driven, capitalistic world, I don't know what is. Anyway, Indeed, as I drove back home, the brakes made no noise whatsoever.I am entirely impressed with 1 Stop Auto's business practices and customer skills. They truly are a business with a difference! Throughout the above incident, not even for a moment did Todd, Matt and the team made me feel unwelcome. They were cheerful, friendly and polite the whole time. And despite conventional expectations, they charged me nothing for services provided and material used.I unequivocally recommend 1 Stop Auto Group for used-automobile purchase and automobile servicing needs!Great business values, excellent customer skills, and awesome people!
