Stood at the counter to order while everyone was trying to get someone else to serve me, the big boss was in and pointed to me, the manager looked at me, turned her back then got a young guy that was making burgers out to serve me. He was very nice.Also be good if they spoke English

Hit and miss. Receipt system doesn't work but the staff still yell numbers. Everyone just looks at each each other and goes and checks what's on the bag. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee.If you can't go to another one make sure you check the order. There's a fair chance they've forgot something out messed up the order.

today I ordered double quarter pounder meal through uber eats only got cold chips and fries didnt even get the burger. few weeks ago I ordered double quarter pounder only got quarter pounder. looks like this place needs new manager or more staff training.

Very rude staff. But burgers are good. Very high prices. I ordered coffee frappe two times and both of times frappe taste and quality was very bad. The staff is always in hurry. They forget putting condiments which I ordered. And sometimes they changed my order with someone else like I am Muslim and two times they added bacon in my burger when I went home and checked the order it was haram. And I threw the order as I cannot go back to maccas again by Uber. So I called them and they didn’t pickup my phone. And now I don’t go there.

The price for this mcdonald is in every product you buy is 2 or 3 dollars extra from other mcdonald .the fries are very old and cold and in the cola didn't put enough ice and half fill up.i don't recommend this place for anyone to go there .the staff was rude when I ask why the price is extra for my food

23/05 17:30，I and another delivery man stood 1.5 meters in front of the counter, next to the seat compartment, I was carrying an Uber eats bag, the delivery man next to me was wearing a fluorescent green vest, we watched other latecomers The customers kept getting their meals and waited for more than 15 minutes until we saw the staff put the newly packed meals with delivery stickers on them and hide them on the kitchen table. He and I immediately jumped up and leaned against the counter Up front, after a five minute wait, the same clerk showed up, we showed her the customer names and she brought out our respective meals from the kitchen. Who taught her?

Dining room meant to open at 5am, at 5:25, some other people also there finally managed to convince someone to open the door. Food wasn't fresh my muffin was possibly older than I am, not a very inviting place.

We went through Drive-Thru today just to order a frozen coke and chips. We waited in the drive-thru line for such a long time!! The chips were perfect but the frozen coke had already started to melt. Thank goodness for the nice chips.... anyway don't go through the drive-thru. Maybe going into the store would be better?

Went to McDonald's Granville and ordered a Mcfamily meal from drive-through, while placing the order, I was asked that there would be extra charge for some of the burgers, and I agreed to it as I usually pay extra for some of the burgers in family meal. We were hungry and excited as we thought we had enough food, but three burgers and 10 nuggets box were missing when we opened the bag. Called McDonald's to inform them, and their manager was very rude. Upon checking, the manager confirmed that the wrong order was placed, but the manager wasn't accepting their mistake, although I am sure they will have a recording of my order. It was a 20-minute drive from my place. Next time, I will never go to this outlet. I have dined in a couple of times at the same outlet, and they keep it so dirty, and if it is not the dirtiest McDonald's then I am sure it is one of the most dirtiest outlet.
