Always great, however, the time management of the staff was poor, staff standing around looking lost and nit helping each other when there is a massive que of people waiting for orders.

The lady that served myself and my son needed was rude and did not know how to smile. If your not happy and a very sad person do not work in a customer service job you make the whole experience for a customer daunting and not wanting to return back to see your disgraceful face!

Took 30 mins to be served . Big line , one girl working. So understaffed it's ridiculous .

One of the worst boost stores ever. Terrible customer service, seemed understaffed. Dirty and the drink tasted like water. I don't recommend buying a juice from there. Older staff member was glued to phone and appeared to not be interested in staff or store.

They shut there tills and won’t accept cash 10 mins before they close

To management, Dont open your store if you don’t have adequate staff to operate the store. Having 2 people rostered a week before Christmas in a busy Westfield with no fruit prepped is irresponsible management. If you are not prepared to run a business than you shouldn’t. The store seems chaotic, disorganised and the wait times are ridiculous for a smoothie. Everytime I come here this happens.

In the past, this store never accepted the gift card which issued by Boost. The system is always down almost 200 days a year.Today the cashier scanned my $5 boost gift card and then told me she can’t accept part payment. Since she already scanned it- I can’t redeem it in any other stores, I asked a few questions, to ensure I understand the problem and to avoid this happening again.1.I asked her if she wants to check with the store manager or someone who knows how to process it. She said she knew how to use the system. 2. I asked her why can’t process it then? As other boost stores all accept these boost gift cards. She told me the system designated not to accepting part payment.2.I asked her what the point to issue us $5 boost gift card, if your system can’t accept it? She told me it is Westfield internet issue. 3. I asked her does this mean I can use this gift card tomorrow in this store? She said no! 4. I told her this doesn’t make any sense. She said this is how it is. 5.I told her I will inform Boost head office about this and then walked away. She started to serving next customer. However, within 3 seconds, she called me back. She said you can pay $3 cash if you want! This means she & her system both changed their minds, decided to accept the boost gift card.My recommendations are: 1 to customers: if you can avoid to order in this kiosk, pls do so. 2 to Boost head office: don’t issue any gift cards, unless all your stores can accept it.This is not a monopoly market anymore. If you are trying to fool your customers, you are not doing yourself a favour!

what’s going on here ! it was quite busy when I was getting served today, and only 2 staff girls was present. They seemed to be understaffed today and looked really worn out. No supervisor on scene too. Boost Management here really needs to this matter. Fair for customers, fair for staff!
