We came across this beautiful Middle eastern store by mistake and loved looking at the gorgeous tea cups, and smelling wonderful perfumes with the help of a lovely assistant. Definately worth a visit.

I ordered a copper Shisha yesterday morning and I received it on the same day.Easy to call and talk to the amazing staff about my order and they were very polite and friendly. The delivery guy was also nice and helpful.The product even looks better than what I have expected.I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought 2 set tea cups from the online store. It’s made in turkey and really very beautiful and high quality , they packed very properly . I will buy other things from this store next time. Highly recommended.

julie’s customer service was honestly amazing. she was very friendly and assisted me a lot. i was looking for a quick shop and julie helped me find what i wanted instantly. will 100% return to the store as i found the pricing extremely reasonable as well. customer service 10/10.

Discussing online customer service- after an initial error (my fault) in which I didn’t realise that shipping was only offered to orders over $150 I reached out via email to either increase my order of $120 to the threshold or cover shipping myself or return the order. I recieved no response. After 2 emails I made the same offer via their messager on Facebook- they made several promises to return my money and to contact me for a resolution (amongst a variety of other unrelated messages) but never followed through. This has dragged out over a month now and I still haven’t received and product or refund or communication. Disgusting- essentially stole my money

Julie was an amazing staff member who helped a lot. She has a great work ethic and is such a lovely sweet girl! Highly recommend this place for good hookah and excellent customer service!
