Unfortunately continually disappointed. Been here several times before but I think I finally won’t be coming back. They had no bases for their pizza and we were there about 1:30-2hrs before they closed. Only 1 base left. Asked for a lasagna instead and that was frozen and not available. The girl at the front was told off by the guys cooking the food and the girl was put on the spot to explain to us that nothing was left. The shop closed up much earlier than advertised anyway. Please improve on being more reliable and consistent?

Had such a horrible experience.. the base wasn’t cooked properly the topping completely fell off the pizza by the time we got home (1 min away) when we called to let them know they weren’t helpful and rude. They told us it wasn’t their problem and it was fine when put in the box.It was our first time here but we won’t be going back.Horrible service and extremely rude. Honestly in shock at the response and poor attitude.

After recently visiting Italy and eating pizza in Rome and Florence coming home it is so amazing to have a restaurant that like Pizzeria La Prima. Genuine authentic Italian style pizza. Absolutely delicious. Well done Claudio.

I just want to start by staying the staff at PLP work extremely hard and I am appreciative of their efforts and service. When we ordered online and they ran out of a specific ingredient they not only added extra ingredients of what they did have but they also called to offer if we would like anything else added. What fantastic service.The pizzas are always made fresh and with delicious ingredients - sometimes when they’re busy they do sell out of certain things but I feel that just speaks to how incredible their pizzas are and this is no fault of the staff members.

I have just had the pleasure of dining at this truly amazing Italian pizza restaurant. It was an experience that I will never forget and I feel compelled to share it with everyone! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the most friendly and accommodating staff who made me feel right at home.The restaurant clearly takes great pride in the quality of their ingredients, and boy does it show! Everything on the menu was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The pizza in particular was out of this world - crispy and chewy with the most delicious toppings you can imagine. It was clear to me that each pizza was made with the utmost care and attention to detail, and the passion of the chefs shone through in every bite.But it wasn't just the food - the atmosphere of the restaurant was truly magical. The cozy, rustic decor paired perfectly with the warm and inviting lighting, creating an ambiance that was both romantic and familial at the same time.Overall, I would rate this restaurant a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. If you're looking for truly authentic Italian pizza experience, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

Best local pizza place around! We've ordered from here twice so far and both times it was exceptional. The dough is incredible, service is friendly. It gets really busy so order early if you can. They take phone orders for pick up ☺️

Stunning food and fantastic surface. Authentic and a taste of Italy. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Side note: Love all the different pizza cutters on the wall.

Pizzeria La Prima
First time visitors. We heard about this place from friends. Warm and welcoming service, food made on the spot, all fresh handmade pasta (gnocchi) prepared in-house. Wine & beer on tap was impressive. The only thing that needs slight improvement is portion sizes. Particularly the gnocchi. Other than that. It’s a must try. We’ll visit again.
