Today, I had an appointment for manicure and padicure shellac and I got the worst service ever! My nails are messy, poor color applications and i was injured in one of ny fingers.I paid $85 for a very bad service. After 2 years of using their service this will be my last!

This was such an amazing experience. The technican was so helpful, I have dull looking hands and she helped me look for a colour that is brighter. They offer warm tea to every customer. 10/10 service will 100% return to this salon. I am so happy with my nails! Thankyou Tracy :)

I love this place, I’ve been here a couple of times and they’ve made me Shellac and normal paint and both have been really nice. But the must of this place is Tracy, she just gives an excellent service and makes an amazing job with nails, she gets perfectly the shape of nails I want. I just can’t stop looking at my nails after going there!

Great place. I have been twice now and loved it both times. The staff is friendly and makes polite conversation. The shop is clean, following COVID-19 protocol, and sanitary. Will definitely go again.

I came here after having a really bad experience at another salon.The ladies in here treated me so well, they listened to me. I had two ladies working on my nails at once, I felt like a princess. And they turned out so beautifully.Thank you so much, I will definitely be back!

Best!! Tracy and the girls are so lovely and so professional. Always love my nails after I go here. The technicians are careful, experienced and give great recommendations. They also go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable (love the tea they provide on arrival)! Never going to another salon again.

Was really happy with my nails! I'm used to getting my nails done in Armadale but moved recently so hunted around for awhile to find the right nail salon in Kensington area.Had SNS on hands and Shellac on feet + pedicure (which was done well. Shaving the feet etc). HUGE range of shellac options. Fairly good SNS range, probably just need a few more neutral colour (nude, light brown, light coral) options for SNS, although I love the pink I got. The place is very clean and the girls are lovely. Found parking easily too (Friday afternoon) so that was a bonus.Would recommend!

Love this place! I’ve been to a few places around Melbourne but not place has ever done such good quality (I’ve now been over 10 times to them, never disappointed) Lovely ladies who work there and always make time and make you feel welcome.Would recommend 5/5

Tracey is always professional and does a lovely job, appointments can be made through their Facebook page and you get the appointment through messenger. If I want some nail art I send a photo and we discuss how it can be done. 5⭐
