Absolute bummer. They not there...

I placed an order in early feb for respiratory mask and was told it will be delivered in may.I just received an email telling me that my order has been re prioritized for the contracted customers and emergency service and it will be further delayed.I called the general line the Indian guy over the phone had no ideal where my order is even though I gave him my order number , po number , order reference number.This company is not trustworthy and does not know what is customer service about.I have been really sick and is waiting for my test result.Please do not order from this company

3 weeks to track down the status of my missing online order, then another 2 weeks to tell me they are out of stock. Absolute rubbish retailer.

This is the management office and as such has no branch or trade counter offering. If visiting this site as a supplier, customer or prospective employee note parking is not generally available without prior arrangement.

Confirmed order, took our money then nothing for two weeks. When I rang I was given three false stories by three different people who appeared to have no idea what happened. All indications of a business in complete disarray with organisational structure in shambles. Yet to see the goods.Second order not in stock despite being a stock item, paid by credit card and advice was delivery would be 7 days to the local Blackwoods branch for pickup from there. 13 days later still no goods and story offered was the courier held the goods over at their depot in the same local area because the courier was shut for the Christmas, New Year break. Blackwoods staff then claimed that the local branch was also shut for this time however I was talking to the local branch on the 28th December and they had no idea where the goods were. Just another false story from people who don't know what they're doing.We won't be dealing with Blackwoods again.

This is one of the great Australian providers of Industrial equipment, this branch is only administration only, as in you can not buy stuff over the counter from here, its business only. If you are looking to buy over the counter there is another centre out at 1 Bellevue Circuit, Greystanes 214502 8633 7111... this is a massive warehouse thats am sure holds almost every product on the website.
