I am always satisfied after a service. They also send a message with any work that needs to be done, and can select, and pay what additional work you want.

Good service they just need more mechanics to service more.

Friendly staff. Quick and efficient.When booking the lady said it will be done at roughly 2pm (which is fine) but when I got there and told Luke I'll be in the waiting room he said he can do it ASAP. It was done by 10am!

I was in the market for a replacement vehicle after my car was written off in an accident. I spoke with Alex who was extremely polite and professional. He kindly brought a car to my home to take for a test drive. He was very informative about the vehicle. Shannon was also very helpful and answered any questions I had about things. Although I didn't end up buying that vehicle, I would feel comfortable dealing with the Team.

Luke and the team are great! They are easy to deal with and are always finished on or before the time that they quote when getting a service. Highly recommend getting your car serviced here.

Haveing paid over $3000 for a timing chain service i was very sad to find vacuum hose left unplugged under the bonnet causing the car to go into limp mode. Whists they didn’t charge me for some other services that requested be done. This includes a fog lamp which i was told i could get “much cheaper from ebay” as the service centre wanted several hundred dollars for one.There are also several leaks throughout the engine which SHOULD have been noted and fixed while the timing chain was being replaced. i now have to get repaired elsewhere as they went unnoticed by the subaru mechanics, although i suspect it was just the shop apprentice who looked at my car.If i could give a lower rating i would. But i will never go back to this service shop again.

I rather drive and hour and get my car checked and service here than anywhere else. It is always worth bringing my car here. Luke and the team, they are legends. Words can’t explain how good I had my service here.
