The amount of money and time ive had to put into this PC is insane. Definitely not worth it 90% of the problem were caused due to poor installation and laziness, when i originally reached out help was poor. spend a little bit more and save yourself the headaches

Absolutely stoked with my new machine, the service by Kevin and the team was outstanding. Even with a couple of teething issues (self created due to my computer numptiness), their patience, knowledge and friendly customer service has made me a very happy customer.

First issue was a software issue that was there before I had even turned the computer on, apparently this was my fault and getting advice over the phone was pretty tough. Next issue was a hardware issue that they wanted me to pay $80 to send back to them to fix, which could take well over a week or two. Would recommend buying local and from my experience I wouldn't recommend these guys

Just purchased our second gaming pc in 12 months from these guys. First PC still going strong and loved by our daughter. Second PC is going great. These guys provide a great product, at a great price and have the absolutely best service. Had a concern with the second pc crashing, took it back, they investigated the problem, fixed it and got it back to us all in the same day. Nothing is too much of a problem for these guys. Thanks and will be back for any future PC needs.

would highly recommend this place to go to, so down to earth when speaking to you like a normal person and not some person who thinks they know better. So helpful and go out of their way, even when on the phone, well done to this business wish there was more around like you, you will go a long way by doing what you are doing. I will be going back for more repairs and upgrades

Took my son's PC for a check up under warranty as it was failing. Adam fixed it on the spot and replaced parts free of charge without hesitation. Further tests and checks were performed to ensure everything was performing as it should before I left. Prompt, friendly and thorough after sales service. We will be back when it's time to upgrade

Bought my son's gaming system from here for a very fair price and haven't had an issue with it in years of heavy usage. Had a problem today, took it to the shop and they fixed it on the spot. Super friendly and knowledgeable; incredible customer service. Can't recommend highly enough.

Bought a gaming pc from them almost a year ago. Woke up this morning and on start up found that one of the fans had gone in it. We rang ahead dropped it off and they had it back to us within an hour! Great company! Highly recommend these lads!
