Great place for kids to play and enjoy. They have themed party rooms with relevant activities to celebrate birthdays. My kid enjoyed the time we were here. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great spot for kids of varying ages. From the play area for kids <18 months old, to the 4yo and under area then the big area with slides and god knows what else. Kids riding around the place in tricycles was pretty cool as were the differently themed party rooms.Food was what you expect. Probably a bit on the pricey side for what it is and they forgot to put the mayo in my schnitzel wrap as requested. Still a great way to get the kids out of the house for a couple of hours.

The play center is very aged, a lot of the equipment is damaged or they're not even turned on.The patrons don't care about the rules regarding no shoes or drinks in the play area because people are walking around with shoes and drinking the coffees in that area.The staff don't really care about telling them off.They are also under staffed for such a large place.They do however have a very nice parents room.

My daughter had the best Princess birthday ever party here. Catherine our host made it easy for us. Kids played pass the parcel and kids were so happy.She had a schedule in place and the party ran smoothly. Amazing host. Thank you so much.

Hands down the best in the southeastern suburbs. I had to delete my previous review as the new management is doing great things. The place is clean and well maintained. Friendly and polite staff. Thanks for making our son’s bd memorable.

We’ve been going here a couple of years and it’s gone downhill recently. The place needs a good clean (no surprise!) but there’s now ripped foam, equipment that doesn’t work (all of the fun things you put the balls into) and seemly dangerous broken items. The kids still love it tho …

Been coming here since my kids were quite young so 5+ years.Today my wife purchased food for the kids from the centre and ate a small salad which she brought herself.Now there is a sign that says do not bring in outside food or drink.Today the manager walks up and makes a giant scene making an example of her and publicly asking her in front of the two young kids to leave.Wouldn’t let our children finish the food they had purchased it’s stand up and leave.Completely unprofessional and disgusting behaviour.At least 10 other people doing the same but he strategically choose a woman with a disabled child for maximum impact. Sickening.Not an even a small amount consideration or empathy felt for the impact to the children. Traumatic and completely unnecessary. Honestly can’t believe how this situation was handled.Clearly money is the only thing this place cares about - absolutely abhorrent taking away something enjoyable from a child in such a cold and heartless manner simply to maximise profit.We will never ever be back and I highly suggest everyone else to steer clear.

A large playcentre that wasn’t too crowded. Facilities were clean on the day we visited. Staff were attentive and efficient.Lots of available parking as well, both outdoor and undercover.

I had my son's 5th birthday here recently and was very happy with everything. Staff were great, with the host coming to me to confirm everything. She was a little on the shy side but she did a great job. Food was all yummy and plentiful.The only slight let down was the state of the toilets but when this was brought to the manager's attention, they were cleaned. Overall very happy.
