Worst experience.Bought shoes for my little daughter a while back from this store but went back to return them due to her change of mind. Never opened the box at home all this time but the store manager wouldn't listen at all and was so adamant in her belief that the shoes were worn outside. Really ?? still with the labels and all the stickers on?Nevertheless, I still got them returned at another Rebel store but it was really important to post this so the manager should know to trust a genuine customer who has come back to return a product.

Great customer service!!! Really fast in assisting and this lovely employee I think her name was Chelsea helped me refund the item and find another one from another store . She even called the other store for me and saved it. Awesome job!
