Absolutely not suitable as a caravan park not even as an overnight your far better off free camping.Should be demolished, really should. Something very wrong with the reviews here, very wrong.Booked for three nights pulled in at 4.45 was gone at8 am next day.Enough said.

Should be torn down.Unregistered cars without plates on everywhere. Roads so narrow due to cars parked out front of vans it was narrower than a car parking space in a shopping centre. Alchol cans littering the places.I drove around to see if it was worth booking a stay and would have worried about my safety if I'd had to stop.

Have lived here for nearly two years all I can say it's a great place to live all residents are so nice and helpful will do anything for you and Arc the manager is amazing so friendly and does a great job helping out when needed I highly recommend staying here for a nice quiet relaxing break from it all

This is predominantly a permanent residents caravan park, the managers are very helpful, it is very peaceful & quiet (no screaming kids), the residents are friendly, the gardens are really lovely, & we had easy access to power, water & hot showers. We weren't after a luxury resort or a noisy party park, so this was perfect. We booked for 2 nights but unfortunately we had to after just one.

My parents are staying here, the manager Arc answered the phone super early the day before and was extremely nice and accomodated our request without any fuss. The caravan park is super close to every where, it has a very homely feel. The toilets smell very clean and are well maintained as well. It is a great place to stay when you want to visit Bribie Island and the surrounding areas. Keep up the great work.
