I’ve tried a few different flavours in their menu and each is tastier than the next. Convenient meals prepped professionally and packed in perfect portions. The ingredients are always fresh and the dishes are delicious.

As a new mum b&e foods has made meal times more easier to manage. my friend Olivia recommended me try this when I am on diet. Not bad, easy and fresh. The price is reasonable. The most important is that save lots of time and energy. I had eaten those health food during my pregnancy, I feeling very health and tasty food ! Give me a lot energy and reduce quicker weight after the pregnancy! Today i have reached to my target weight! i have lost 23kg in total now. Trough out my weight lost journey i have tried few other brand of weight lost diet. however, it didn't work out until i found B&E. The food is fresh and is Asian flavor, which has made a huge difference to my Journey. i have to make special thanks to the my diet consultant . He asked about my target weight and all other personal detail. Provided a customized diet plan for me. He also gave me some tips on my daily life. Really knowledgeable . After i went on the diet plan, has made my life so much easier. i can spend more time on my exercises and all other interesting stuff , other than cooking and preparing food. Highly recommended to all of you!

the food is great, freshly made, healthy and tasty at the same time. Also had a wide range of menus to choose from. Suitable for anyone trying to control their weight or simply save time cooking. I often get the chicken balls for cooking in other dishes or even hot pot as well. Staff is always super helpful and friendly too.

I have on B&E for while now. Asian flavor health meal keep me going. Delivery to my door twice a week and freshly prepared. I heat up when I want to eat. So convenient No excuse for take away and junk food.
