I have curly hair. My curls were absolutely destroyed by another hairdresser and I've been depressed for the last few months growing my hair out. Con reshaped my hair and gave me my beautiful curls back. Thankyou so much Con, I will be back!

Came in for a haircut the hairdresser understood exactly what I wanted and gave me a great cut they were friendly and recommended some great products very happy customer I will see you in a couple of weeks for my next cut

Nice guy but I feel he rushed the cut didn't even cut around ears and did not shave back of the neck hair for $30 I was expecting more care not worrying about next customer

5 stars!! only came for a trim but the man cutting my hair was lovely!! super sweet, great conversation. really knew how to take care of my hair, prices are good too!!

I've been here a couple of times for a wash and cut and had excellent customer service and quality, up until my visit yesterday (08.01.21). I called earlier in the day, expecting to book in next week but was surprised to get an appointment at 6:30pm. I have short hair so it wasn't going to be a long or difficult job.When I sat down in the chair, it immediately appeared that the hair dresser was in a bad mood. He seemed a mixture of frustrated, worried, annoyed at the customers that had come in earlier that morning and annoyed that business was now quiet. Because of that attitude, he not only rushed the job (while complaining and voicing his political views), he didn't even wash my hair after cutting it and charged me $40!Last time my husband and I went there, I had a wash and cut and my husband (who has long hair) had a cut and we were charged $70. Was my wash and cut last time $50 and my husband long hair cut $20 or something? It just doesn't add up.About 15mins after I left, I noticed the store was shut. I think, much like other reviews on here, that he just rushed me in to get the job done, take my money and rush me out. That kind of attitude is no different then Just Cuts! My husband had to finish my hair cut at home using his beard clippers! I won't be returning and neither will my husband.You've lost 2 customers Shaboom, all because you rushed the job and didn't complete the service that I asked for (hair wash). It's a shame that you couldn't put the bad customers from earlier in the day behind you, to give other customers a pleasant experience and the excellent standard of customer service that you did in the past.

Went in today for a colour and was served by Felicity she is the best thing that has ever happened to this shop her service is amazing she is very professional and on point with everything. I have found the best hairdresser in the whole center.

I ask for regrowth touch up and all they did was highlights which is the last thing I wanted $135 for a service I didn’t want down the drain. A waste of money, time and effort I won’t be going again.
