I'd been in Bondi for over a year before I found Dharma Shala, and had gone without yoga for most of that time as I just couldnt find a studio I liked. I love that the Shala's focus is on the traditional practice of the balance of physicality and spirituality. The space is gorgeous and the teachers are excellent. I'm so happy I finally found this beautiful space!!!

An tranquil space to practice yoga with awesome and encouraging teachers who guide the class with clarity and calm. Then step out of the class to take in the roaring ocean. Heaven.

I absolutely love this yoga studio. It provides me with a refuge amongst hectic Bondi Beach. The teachers are all wonderful. I particularly love the new restorative yoga class run by Heather. The new owners are doing a wonderful job of making this a welcoming community and spiritual space.

Took a few classes here while visiting and each was amazing! Each instructor had a different style but they are all experienced and offer adjustments for all levels. The space is very comfortable and not pretentious. I also love that you don't have to book in advance.

Darma Shala is by far my favourite place to practice yoga and mindfulness. The teachers and classes are great! I particularly like the Hatha and Yin classes.
