Staying at Batemans Bay Holiday Park as husband has op tomorrow. Wandered down the street in warm, bright sunshine, however by the time we were about to leave rain bucketed down and we had no umbrellas. Saw 861 bus pull up and ran to see if we could get a ride back. Our excellent, thoughtful bus driver dropped us off right outside the entrance. Very impressed. Kath and Bryan Campbell

Rang Priors Bus Service to find out what times the buses ran though from Malua Bay to Batemans Bay and spoke to Kylie, who was very professional in the way she explained the bus times ,cost and how long it would take to get to my destination. She explained that she would organise the driver to drop me at the depot which was across from my destination at the end of his run. Christian, the bus driver, was very professional in his customer service and driving abilities. On time, and as Kylie had organised, dropped me off at the depot them showing me the direction of the office. Then instead of walking Kylie personally drove me to my destination. What great service. Congratulations to Priors Bus Services for employing two great staff members, that are a great asset to your business. Would recommend your company to anyone. Service well above what I expected.
