Brendon was extremely thorough in the Pest & Building Inspection for the purchase of our new house. The report that Brendon sent the same day as inspection was well set out & written so that we, as non builders, could understand anything that was found. Brendon also called me the same afternoon as the inspection to discuss any concerns or questions that I had regarding the report! We would recommend Brendon to any friend of family member needing a Pest & Building Inspection.

We had our Pre purchase building and pest inspection done by Brendan. After calling him up, he did the rest. He organised with the real estate when he could get access to the property and had the inspection done as soon as it could possibly be done. The inspection was very thorough, photo’s showing every issue that was in the report, the report was very easy to read. He asks you to call him up after you’ve read the report so you can ask any questions and make sure you understand it. Can’t fault his work, you can tell he is doing his best to find/highlight any issues that might be of concern before you buy the property.Would highly recommend and use him again in the future.Cheers Brendan.

Great service. Thorough inspection with fast report times and very well priced.We had discovered Brendan when inspecting a previous home which we did not purchase. The agent for that house provided us with a report that Brendan had done and we were so impressed with the detail and thoroughness that Brendan. We knew he was our man when we needed a report done ourselves. Brendan has a really easy online enquiry/booking system which meant our building and pest inspection was booked in promptly. On the same day of the inspection we received our detailed report which was laid out in an easy to understand way and included clear photos and descriptions of everything we needed to know. Brendan then followed up later on in the day to discuss any concerns that we might have had. Cannot recommend him enough. Brendan will always be at the top of our list if we need any future building and pest inspections done because we know we will get a thorough inspection.
