The girls are just simply amazing. Amber, Lilly and Marnie always make you feel welcomed. The salon has such a professional but homely feel. The products smell so good and my hair always has compliments from strangers for days after seeing the girls.I recommend anyone who will listen to make a booking and see for yourself the experience you get when having your hair done at Birdee Hair Boutique. After moving to Rockhampton and having a few terrible hairdressers who ruined my hair, I’m so glad I found Amber and Lilly! My hair always looks and feels amazing after Amber does it for me. Recently I was the victim of one of the most tragic fringes that has ever graced Instagram after an unlucky dip into a salon on the Sunshine Coast. However, after a humbling few months of growing it back out, I decided I was ready to trust again. I have just had my hair cut, foiled, and styled by Cassie at Birdee Boutique for the first time and came out feeling like a million dollars. Cass is exceptionally skilled and excelled at making my Pinterest-hair-dreams a reality. Great chat (only if you actually want to chat, she is totally cool if you're not a talker - which I'm not usually.) Fab products that make your hair smell DE-LISH. And excellent attention to detail. Thanks so much, you nailed this one. Will definitely be back for my trim in a few months. ✌

I’ve been to so many hairdressers and this one is definitely my favourite! They do exactly what I want and it’s such a great atmosphere to be on. They do such amazing blondes and balayages. So grateful to be one of there clients. Oh and they actually cut hair straight. Definitely recommend this salon!

Went to get hair lighter, I inquired about the 1/2 price foils, but expressed I wanted a lighter shade of brown and that I was previously blonde, I had put a box dye in and Tori said I'd be better off going with the deal instead of half head. I said I just want it lighter than it is now. She done the foils and when pulled off they were bleached blonde but then she put 2 dark toner's mixed together, it went orange on the foil area, front foils had bled and not done to roots, didn't inform me how much these services were going to cost in the end I paid $263 for something I'm totally not happy with. I know the process of going lighter and a lighter shade of brown was definitely achieveable. Went to 2 other Salons for advice after and they both said it wasn't a good job, and that no hairdresser should be signed off in under 2 yrs as Tori said she was. Messaged and went there twice to show them and talk but wouldn't even give me half my money back, definitely not Customer oriented and only offered to put more dark colour on what was that going to achieve. Definitely wouldn't recommend and won't go back. With being a newer salon and boutique you'd think they'd have better customer service and complaints handling skills. If a 1 star review was possible I'd give that. Even the owner or manager didn't come over to discuss as I was told she would when I came back. They'd rather loose Customer's then help them to achieve a simple request. If a head of foils wasn't the best option, why suggest it. I do feel sorry for Tori as she should of never been left to do something complex like that by herself and should of been supervised or not been signed off so early. Her response to the price was I just work here" was not good enough. Seek manager to help out if someone is asking for a refund and they ask to see the policy show them

I will always have a love for this salon ! Amber is an absolute life saver and it is so refreshing know that someone in rockhampton is so beautifully qualified! i had gotten my hair cut at another salon and it was completely ruined! my hair had never looked worse and it was so short that it was at the point if no return (or as i thought ) but when my mother in law swore by the magic amber creates in her salon there was no hesitation for me to come in, the staff and environment are so well mannered and tidy and most of all beyond welcoming, they gave me a fantastic wash and condition and we’re dedicated on making sure i walked out of there feeling like myself again, i will forever trust this salon with my hair and beauty needs! 11/10 best salon you could possible go to !
