When I started in January with Billie it was as a personal challenge to see what I could achieve within a 3 month time frame. During my first consult with Billie we talked about what worked and what didn’t in the past and set some achievable goals we could work towards.Within my first two months working with Billie I had progressed so much further in my fitness and nutrition journey than I could have ever imagined. I have since learnt a lot about my nutrition and diet through tracking macros and have stuck to it.Billie has great communication and a great understanding of my goals and lifestyle which really helps keep me accountable week after week. She is also such a lovely, caring person and a ray of sunshine!I would 100% recommend working with Billie as a Personal Trainer and also as a Nutrition Coach

If you are looking for a supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable personal trainer and coach, you have come to the right place and found the perfect person.I've been training with Billie for over 4 months now, beginning with her 8 week Beginner Barbell Club program back in September 2018 and continuing on with the crew training at 7am four days a week.Prior to meeting Billie and beginning training and lifting with her, I was following an online body building program and an aerialist and spent my days at the gym with fear and doubt of moving safely to heavier weights and Barbell lifts. However, after beginning the Barbell Club and under her guidance, care, enthusiasm and love, I have flourished not only within the gym environment but also in personal self-care, self-love and confidence. As a coach Billie is all in, she provides you not only with the physical support and health and exercise knowledge but she also goes out of her way to provide you the mental support and friendship too. She watches, guides and encourages you to do your best so that she herself can do her best for you. The environment she creates and encompasses in the gym is one free of judgement and welcoming of all body types, experiences and injuries. So, don't think any further and take that first step to take control of your health by approaching Billie and witnessing the amazing work she does.Now if you want evidence that you will lift better and become stronger through Billie's coaching, this is the personal evidence here.I am a 24 year old full time healthcare worker who tore her left medial collateral ligament back in 2017 when I began at home training, tore her right medial and lateral collateral ligaments and suprapatellar tendon back in 2018 at the gym, and induced a disc bulge from bad technique (my fault) whilst training with Billie in November 2018. When I began training with Billie in September 2018, I could barely squat a 20kg Barbell, yet four months in and carrying all of these injuries with me (especially a severely unstable right knee), I can now squat 45kg, bench 30kg, and deadlift 60kg with heavier weights to come. Now, if that isn't enough evidence that Billie is an amazing trainer, then bring yourself into the gym to witness it all in person and with your own eyes.So take that first step and reach out, and trust me you won't regret this decision at all, happy lifting everyone!

I started training with Billie in July 2019 and from the moment she took over as my coach everything changed.She wanted me to increase my calories in order to achieve my goals but knew that this was confronting for me so added changes to my nutrition and training slowly until we had built that trust. I have never doubted her and noticed how much better I felt and how much harder I was able to train almost instantly.Billie is a rare find as she is not only a wealth of knowledge but she is passionate and genuinely cares about you and your journey inside and outside of the gym.She takes a direct and honest approach but balances that with support and understanding.I am now training with her at 7am which is a massive adjustment for me but that is how much I trust her and want to continue training with her!

Billie is amazing. I met her a few years back by chance and am so glad I did, I have been training with her for over 6 months now and my attitude to food and fitness has never been healthier, and I have never been happier. I have proven that I am strong both physically and mentally and I owe that to Billie. I have been successful in weight loss in the past but this time I am actually happy and I believe in my abilities, that is because Billie empowers you to make the right decisions with your nutrition and training, she is tough and supportive. She's such an amazing person, trainer, life coach.

Prior to meeting Billie I'd spent a lifetime dieting, my training had stagnated and I needed change.From day one there was a level of trust between us that I have not received elsewhere, Billie's knowledge of the body, nutrition and powerlifting is exceptional. Within 1 month I was hitting personal bests, managing my weight and enjoying the gym again.6 months on and I have literally not felt better, I am so strong; physically and mentally, I'm happy with my weight and even considering entering a Power-lifting competition.Thank you for being an amazing coach and friend x

I have known Billie for 2 years now and I can honestly say you would have to go a long way to find a better human being.She takes a person centred approach to those she trains and gets the best out of them in doing so. She is knowledgeable, insightful and knows how to eek the very best out of you.I am better for knowing Billie and receiving her tutelage. I’ve been training with Billie since January 2019 and absolutely loved each of my training sessions. I have a great trainer who truly understands my needs and knows how to motivate me.Billie is knowledgeable about all aspect of fitness and gave me some excellent advice regarding nutrition, stretching and taking care of my body. She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.She inspired me to change my mentality about food and I’ve now got into a more natural and healthier habit.I’ve always been active but not an athlete – but this doesn’t matter, as in my training with Billie I am always treated like one!!!What I've gained most from Billie is a feeling that fitness can be its own reward, and that I'll always have someone by my side when the times are tough. Though you might be actually in the gym with Billie for just hours a week, the lessons you learn stay with you so much longer than that, completely changed my life!!!

Billy is one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever been taught by! She runs her classes at VA in a way that you feel connected with her as an instructor, yoga as a practice and yourself. Through her stories at the beginning of the class you go on a journey where she introduces the class with experiences and ways to overcome situations which can be difficult. She has a perfect mix of both heart pumping flow movements during the class and restoration meditation towards the end. You leave the class feeling refreshed and ready for anything! And if your lucky she might even give you a massage hahaha! I have had many people I know who have left her class crying due to opening themselves up totally. Billy is also willing to stay back and listen and give advice to anyone who may need it. Overall, her classes are perfect for any level of learners and she’s a legend and I think everyone should give it a Go! Much love to you beautiful soul xoxoxoxox
