Brilliant! Fantastic service, ordered Thursday morning delivered and installed by lunchtime Monday. Thanks for an experience you rarely get these days. Staff at both The Clothesline Store and the transport company were very courteous and friendly. Will certainly be recommending this company.

Good website to use. They have the second line i wanted in stock, so it was delivered 2 days after I ordered it, as the email said. When i called the day after I ordered to check where it was, they sent me the tracking details. Quick service & the genuine products. Spot on.

Dealing with this company has been a complete and utter waste of time. For a start their website states that once despatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Not in my case and the response was Unfortunately tracking systems don’t recognize all Australian Couriers therefore the tracking information isn’t accepted I’m sorry". Lucky my daughter was home when it was delivered.Once delivered it is up to you to contact and arrange installation with their allocated installer. I contacted the allocated installer but did not receive a response. After waiting 7 days I advised the company and they immediately offered a refund of the installation amount. I may as well have purchased the clothesline from the manufacturer and arranged an installer myself which would have been cheaper so suggested that if they couldn't find an installer they could take back the clothesline as well.In the blink of an eye they agreed but advised I would only receive a full refund once their assigned pickup courier "had the goods in their possession". After 3 business days since collection and sending a follow up email (with no response) I still hadn't received my full refund.Several hours after posting this review I was notified by Paypal of the refund."

The company if all very good until something is not right and than the hostility is appalling bad .Customer Service is nasty emails calling customers Liars??.Do not let them arrange an installer for Clothes Line because that is when they really leave you on hanging off a badly installed New Clothes Line. Installers totally unprofessional. If I had the energy I would take this company to VAC.
