S&K are a reliable local company I highly recommend. We have been using them for 2 years now for servicing and they are always honest with great staff.

I contacted S&K to have a quote done to have our ducted upgraded. Shamus attended our house on 17/06 to measure and ask questions for the quote. He said he was going to have the quote to us over the weekend.The following week on 21/06 I received an email advising that Shamus had been busy and wasn’t able to do the quote yet. Also telling us, for the first time, that they don’t have availability until August for completion of a job. I said we weren’t in a rush for completion so that’s fine, please still provide the quote. Then, again, nothing.On 30/06, I email asking if there’s an update on when the quote will be sent and the response I received was “I’ll ensure it is done on the weekend”. Well, that didn’t happen.Then today, 05/07 I get an email saying they can’t provide a quote and they apologise for the inconvenience. I’ve been waiting 2.5 weeks to get the quote, been told multiple times it’ll be done to out of the blue get a one paragraph email saying they can’t do it. They didn’t even have the courtesy or professionalism to call me and apologise or even explain.I do not recommend this business at all. The disregard they have for peoples time is a joke. If this is how they treat a potential customer, imagine what would happen if you put down a deposit and were waiting for them to actually complete a job.If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time, because they will certainly waste yours.Edit - in regards to the tried to keep me updated, you emailed me once. I emailed YOU the second time. So your comment to say you tried to keep me updated is redundant because you just plain did not keep me updated. I find it ridiculous you can take on so much new work you can’t even do a quote, but you somehow got that work in the first place. So, a smaller residential job has been let go in favour of something else. Have the decency to make the phone call and explain yourself. I stand by my initial review and warn others that if you’re not spending more than $20k, you’re not worth it.

Could not recommend this company enough. They have always gone above & beyond in every job I have sent them . There quality of work and attention for detail is A1.

They were highly efficient and came as soon as I needed them. I loved how noting was to much trouble and they made me feel very confident that my repair was easy to fix for their team. I would gladly use them again and recommend to any friends.
