Would not recommend at all, myself and my sister just got an eyelash lift and tint and we both agreed it was the worst place we have been to for this service. Throughout the service they were extremely rough and the dye was applied awfully, i got lots in my eye and it was very painful. Leaving the shop i had dye stains all under my eyes and there was absolutely no difference from before i got the eyelash lift apart from big stains from where the dye was applied very poorly. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Would not recommend. Rude girl today at shop. Asked for threading and I was told she is booked and busy. No manners, no costumer service all and was still on phone for more than half hour. Threading takes 10-20 minutes and saw no one around . I was only person standing there. Lazy staff.

Got my brows done today specifically asked to not have them too thin. Lady replied with yes. Proceeded not to listen to what I asked for now my brows are very thin. When they asked how it looked I stated that I was unhappy with the results. They just kept saying that it's fine. Please listen to your customers requests. They know what is suitable for their faces. Don't just assume everyone wants the same brow shape. Especially if it's their first time visiting. Very unhappy.

Always accomodating with great quality lash & brow services. I always get my lash lift and tint here and have quite difficult lashes to work with but they always look perfect after. Jasmeen is amazing!

I recently received a Brazilian wax at this spa and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon starting the procedure, I could sense that it was going to be more painful than usual as the person performing the wax was only using one hand to remove the strip, rather than using the other hand to hold down the skin. Additionally, I noticed that she did not make sections and applied the wax all over the front area, even though certain parts inside required attention. As upon returning home, I discovered that approximately 15% of the inside part was left unwaxed. I am truly disappointed as this was a complete waste of my money. I would also like to suggest that the spa provide a wipe for the waxed area as I was left with wax on my V and buttocks, which was not only uncomfortable but also unhygienic.
