We went to Renew Energy & Electrical when it was time for us to think about installing solar energy. Marc and Alana were helpful and informative and we confidently engaged them to install our system. The work was carried out to their exacting standards and we didn't have a single problem. Marc and Alana were competent and reliable and have kept an eye on our system since its installation.The system has been working for 9 months and we have already saved close to $3000. Quick installation and good follow-up service.

Out of all the company's we had to check our situation and provide quotes for a solar power system, Marc (Renew Energy & Electrical) was the only person that actually got on the roof measured the shade and shine factors and listened to what we said we wanted, obviously putting us right when we needed it but ultimately we got what we asked for. After we received our personalised quote Renew Energy and Electrical were good enough to accomodate and change things as we thought more about what was going to happen.The install was completed in one day in a very professional manner, no mess was left behind and the system was operational, supplying the power we had requested and had been quoted for. The follow up service and customer care is exemplary and not to be underestimated, great people, great service, great job

Fantastic installation and friendly service.

After initial discussion via telephone they did not bother to respond to email or phone calls and I was forced to go elsewhere for ASP level 2 electrical services. Do not bother wasting your time.

From the no pressure quote, talking us through the installation to taking us step by step on how to use the app. Marc and his install team were awesome and Manager Alana did a fantastic job keeping us informed about everything.
