My go to floral shop! Fair prices but the value they put on their floral designs are above par! They do great classic and modern European to rustic and native Australian style floral designs. It’s a good local small business to deal and support!

Absolutely disappointed - I ordered my flowers online last Friday morning before 10am (6.30am QLD time) for delivery the next day (to Hoppers Crossing - very local), which was my sisters best friends birthday. I was also happy for same day delivery Friday if they preferred. Called my sister to see if the flowers arrived, only to say nothing had come by 5pm Saturday...I called Floral Point on Monday to find out what happened, only to speak to Catherine, who advised they had a changeover of system and it may have been missed. She took my details for Janice (the owner I am assuming) to call me back on Tuesday as she wasn't in, but she would have more info as she was working Saturday. 1 hour later on Monday, text from my sister saying the flowers had arrived, coincidence?!...No callback from Janice on Tuesday I had to call her on Wednesday (today)...I understand that sometimes things happen, but just a courtesy call to customers saying, look I don't think we can fill your order on Saturday, let's refund you so you can try get flowers elsewhere, or something on the website saying, please call us for orders this weekend as our online booking system is changing, so it may be unreliable or just a straight out, look sorry it was missed, here's a refund and we'll still send the flowers because its the right thing to do...totally ruined her birthday surprise, like what's the point in sending them after your birthday...put yourself in the customers shoes next time...honesty is the best policy

Love this florist always helpful and goes above what is asked for. I ordered a box for my mums birthday and it was just beautiful. i will be following them online now there is no more store.

Very bad service, little attention to customer needs and flower quality is very poor like grey coloured rose and leaves are badly damaged. They said the flower quality it's always like that, what they did was just move all the leaves and damaged edges of flower and leave to you to accept or there would be no flower. Not worth to choose this service. If there is a negative star rating from Google, I would give it a negative .... Your time is completely wasted plus their style was not European. Coles and Woolie can do better fashion compare to this service.

Great service, the owner was very helpful on the phone. I found it very unfortunate and upsetting the owner was unable to keep a store front as this has been the flower shop I have been going to for as long as I have lived in point Cook and every time I am impressed with the end product. She is a professional florist and she always makes amazing bouquets. Just recently during the coronavirus lockdown in Melbourne I was able to place an order on the phone with her and was able to get my mother flowers for her birthday. She was even able to do the next day delivery on time as it was a last minute order. I am very impressed and hope that more people support her local small business and order flowers from her as she is the most understanding and accommodating florist I know.Thank you so much for your flowers and for continuing to operate your business despite the lockdown challenges. I hope to see a store front once again after the lockdown and will recommend you to everyone I know.

Just had a bouquet delivered. It was ordered from overseas and I know they spent a lot but the bouquet was disgraceful. It was ugly and most of the flowers were old and wilted - and no flower food with it. It was obviously not made to order - looks like they grabbed an old leftover bunch at the end of the day. No better than a cheap bouquet from the supermarket, in fact worse, at 3-4 times the price. It was very upsetting, especially when it was sent to me at a very stressful and upsetting time with the intention of making me feel better. I could not tell the sender as they would have been mortified. I will be visiting the shop when it opens after the weekend and returning this sad looking bouquet ,with my opinion.

I recently received the most beautiful flowers from the Floral Point. Absolutely loved them.

DISAPPOINTED as customer service does NOT include effective listening, communication or attention to detail.1. Delivery order placed online on a Monand same day an email sent requesting a happy birthday greeting to be added on the card. the delivery was requested for Weds.2. After waiting a day for response called them Tues afternoon ....provided the order no. and enquired if the email was received, promptly the lady answeredthe order has been delivered!! I advised it was scheduled for Weds ..then she sounding further confused says yes its for tomorrow and she confirmed email receipt with birthday message instructions.3. Order is delivered with name and add of recipient without the birthday greeting message leaving the recipient confused who its from! surprise ruined!!4. email sent to the shop with photo of delivery and lack of follow through with comms....NO RESPONSE.Customer service lacking!Disappointed considering the price and delivery fees ...n also having followed up to no avail.

Im living in the USA and I ordered flowers for my sister in law as a belated happy birthday and one year anniversary of her husband passing from cancer. I ordered the pastel bouquet which had fun bunch of all different pastel colored flowers in it...she just sent me a pic and all that's in it is Lillies and some horrible cheap daisy things. Very disappointed ☹️

Have tried visiting on two occasions within the past month and both times there has been a ‘back in... minutes’ sign on the door with more than a 45 minute wait and the sad part being I’ve seen beautiful flowers on display that I’ve wanted to purchase. What’s the point in having a shop if I can’t even purchase from you because you’re always closed?EDIT: Seriously? I work for a small business in Williamstown and am always the only person working there and I would NEVER close the shop for more than 5 minutes to quickly run and grab lunch. I eat in between customers because I know that as a small business it is imperative to be open when we say we are. Pathetic response.
