Don’t order from this company. Customer service is absolutely atrocious and wait times are even worse. We were told a wait time of a month originally, which then got extended by another month, and then another month, until it wasn’t until next year. Then they provide no option for a refund or for another product to be sent out - only for you to buy another product and have the other items credited. The customer service of Chris and Robert in particular was disgusting. I will be taking this further with NSW Fair Trading.

Quick delivery of Blum products. Unfortunately white drawer liners showed up dirty. Took over two weeks, an email and three calls to get any response to process a refund. Hopefully they usually handle issues and communication around refunds better than this. Or just don't send out products in this state.

Can you please do not park your company car on Rooty Hill Road North next to mobile speed camera spot. Its gets confusing as if mobile speed camera SUV is parked there and distracting for local commuters. Thank you!
