Shine Alterations
I dropped my top in on Wednesday, to have minor alterations for an event on Saturday. I was advised by staff that it would be ready Friday after 3pm. I passed on my contact details & asked if anything goes wrong, just give me a call. I arrived at the store on Friday to collect my top, 40 mins prior to closing time. The shop was closed. I received no messages, no calls or any update to advise I wouldn't be getting my top as promised due to staff deciding to knock off early.

Just a word of advice, don’t bring anything to this tailor if you actually want to wear it again.Brought my dress in for some minor alterations. Not only was I overcharged but I wasn’t able to wear the dress. She completely ruined it making it too tight and impossible to wear. One side was even tighter than the other!! Just terrible.Not impressed, be careful bringing anything here.

Just incredible customer service and such beautiful work!she was such a gem for my birthday party. My dress was stunning, her work was perfect and she was so accomodating and made me feel so comfortable and looked after. I can’t recommend her enough.

I had some pants adjusted for the right length, which I have had done before perfectly, but this time my young son also had his first, prized, jacket sleeves shortened. The quality of work and attention to detail that was obvious with the jacket sleeves was exceptional! Do not be nervous about having any valuable items attended to by Shine Alterations You will not be disappointed with the service, cost and quality.
