Ian, is a outstanding coach all around. I had tried other Health coaches but it would never last. Ian took time out to understand what I was trying to achieve and got me to the best place I had been. He had my nutrition planned out and all the correct exercises to help me reach my goals. He was super flexible with my unorthodox times and always available to help. He truly cares about the individuals he is working with and I would highly recommend him to others. If you ever come back to the UK ill be back with you.

Ian is an amazing coach. He is very helpful, full of knowledge.Ian understands what is required to achieve your goals from nutrition, planning and the correct exercises. He's always available to answer questions regarding exercise and nutrition. I have started my journey and have made some really good progress and look forward to achieving my goals. The most important thing as Ian says is sticking to the plan and ask when unsure. Highly recommended!

I wholeheartedly recommend going to Ian at Training Day Health. He can tailor your dietary needs and educate you about fuelling your body to include the best nutrients for you. He is so forward thinking and uses research to keep updated. Always striving to find the most accurate information. He is also a fantastic trainer as I hated the gym but he got me there and always found new and fun things to do in our training sessions which was vital for motivating me. Nothing was ever mundane and he got the best out of me. He helped me recover from an Achilles’ tendon injury and did lot of functional movement with me to get me back into my allotment and golf which I loved. Now I use his training plan to keep moving as I am now 62 and am sailing around the United Kingdom. He is an exceptional person and genuinely a nice guy so you get more of a counsellor and friend when you start training with him.

Have met Ian over the years on many occasion almost weekly. His presence, warmth and knowledge are what always comd across well. No matter if you are having a training session with him, or just bump into him you will have a friendly chat. Ian makes you feel as if you are old friends all the time and takes an actual interest in you and listens. The advice on nutrition, exercise and workouts always come in handy along with his reviews of supplements. For anyone thinking of working with him. You should.
