Absolutely appalling. I was quoted to take a ton of furniture and the furniture wasn't anywhere near that so I asked to take a few more items and then I was told he quotes for space not weight suddenly and slapped on 20% surcharge, which I declined. I was also told he sends furniture to landfill and I see its on market place, which is fair enough but obviously the reason he can't be bothered to take additional rubbish as he knew he won't be going to landfill. So I paid $240 for not even half a ton of rubbish... Daylight robbery!!

The team at Junk Removal were absolutely wonderful!They assisted with the removal and disposal of an old map cabinet and at the last minute also assisted moving some shelving. They were so accommodating, professional and prompt. I could not recommend them more and look forward to working with them again in the future.
