Was great that I could be seen within such a short time, receiving a phone call this morning and able to arrive at 12:30pm in Highton. But then all he kept insisting was that my reception required a new cable for my reception to improve at an extra cost of $30 and anywhere else would charge me $90 for the same quality. He installed the new cable before beginning the antenna replacement and I could see there was no improvement. After the new antenna was installed I refused the new cable and my reception is now perfect with my old cable reinstalled. Trying to pressure me into paying for something I don't need is unprofessional, uncomfortable and it felt like he was gaslighting me. Told me not to complain to my landlord because I refused his cable now that he's replaced the antenna. His attitude and manner is an unwelcome behavior and not an experience I'd put up with if it were my own house. He looks similar to the older, unshaven man standing in front of the work van in your photos.

Eddie was brilliant.He was friendly and communication regarding my antenna problem was clear. Eddie quickly sorted my problem, which wasn't as bad as I thought, suggested alternatives, fixed it all, charged less than I expected and all on a Sunday afternoon. I could not have asked for better service.
