Craigieburn Library

The worst service ever you get going to this library , its not for professionals doing there work because they do not have internet or printer at home , its might be only good for people borrowing fiction books or for young kids to play .Waste of time , just go to office works if you have printing and scanning job to be done , do not go to this library for such a job , yes , I know its basic simple things but they can not run it smoothly do imagine what the service quality is in there .

Friendly staff and very helpful if you cannot locate item said to be in stock. Very good children sections that easily encourages children to love reading. Stickers for reading a certain number of books for kids. DVDs also available. Easy checking out and returning of borrowed items. Plenty parking. Quiet rooms also available. Keep up the great work!

This library is located next to Craigieburn shopping centre, at the intersection opposite to Splash.A huge library with ample parking and two levels in the building.The library is very neat and clean and has loads of space to sit including armchairs, chairs and couches. They have the latest updated computers for use.I went there for a quick photocopy and scan. For scanning any documents, one has to become a library member which is for free.Staff there is so nice and friendly. It took me five minutes to become a member. And photocopy and scan was pretty quick too.There are also playgroups run in the library for different age groups.Overall a wonderful experience.

It seems some of their staff are impatient. Asked help for printing; she help with rude attitude and with high voice. Other stuff are reasonable but not top of the mark.The library itself is specious. I’m not sure about the collection. A free reusable bag for signing up is a good thing.

Love this library. Big, bright and staff are always so friendly and helpful. Fun activities and great programs / classes.

Very big library with plenty of tables and chairs. The charge points are located in several areas, great place to study!

It's more like kidstown. Very noisy and chaotic because of the activities for kids and only has 2 small rooms for silent studies that are rarely free, and I assume they're not soundproof.It has books for loans but not a good space for studying or even reading those books, so technically, it can still be called a library.I would go elsewhere if one needs to study or read in a quiet space.

They are a free RAT test collection point. For anyone in that council area. Simple, fast, easy process
